This policy applies to everything you buy on trustedrealestate.in.

1. Digital delivery only
We sell digital products only: online video courses, lesson notes and downloadable files such as checklists and glossaries. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier delays or delivery addresses.

2. How you receive your purchase

• After successful payment, access to your course is given in your account on this website, normally immediately.
• You will also get an order confirmation email at the address you used at checkout, with a link to log in and start learning.
• If you did not already have an account, one is created for you at checkout. Check your email, including the spam folder, for the login details.

3. Delivery time
Access is usually instant. In rare cases, such as a payment confirmation delay from your bank or payment gateway, it can take up to [24 hours]. If you have not received access after [24 hours], please contact us.

4. Access period
You can access the course for [lifetime / 12 months] from the date of purchase, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Access is for one person and cannot be shared or transferred.

5. What you need to use it
A device with an internet connection and a current web browser. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, browser, network or email provider.

6. If you do not get access
Email [help@trustedrealestate.in] from the address you used at purchase with your name, order number and payment reference. We will fix the issue or tell you what is wrong within [3] working days. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens if we cannot resolve it.

7. Future physical items
If we ever offer an in-person event or printed material, its delivery terms will be shown on its own page before you buy.
