This policy applies to all courses and digital products bought on trustedrealestate.in.

1. No refunds on digital products
Our courses are digital products. Access is given immediately after successful payment, and the content cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made, except in the cases listed in section 2. We offer a free preview lesson so you can see the teaching style before you buy. Please watch it and read the course outline first.

2. Exceptions
We will refund or correct the order only in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same course. We will refund the extra amount.
• Payment taken but no access: money was deducted but you did not get access, and we cannot fix it within [3] working days.
• Technical failure on our side: the course is not made available to you because of a problem on our side that we cannot resolve.
• Where the law requires: where a refund is required under applicable Indian law, we will follow it.

3. When we will not refund

• You changed your mind, or the course did not match your personal expectations.
• You did not use or finish the course.
• Your device, internet connection or browser caused the problem.
• You shared your login or broke the course licence in our Terms and Conditions.
• You expected a specific result, such as income, a loan approval, or a legal outcome. Our courses are for education only and promise no outcome.

4. How to make a claim
Email [help@trustedrealestate.in] from the email you used for the purchase, within [7] days of the payment. Include your name, order number, payment reference and the reason. We will review your request and reply within [3] working days.

5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time depends on your bank, card network or UPI app, and usually takes about [5 to 7] working days after we approve it.

6. Failed payments
If money was deducted but the order was not completed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or payment gateway within a few working days. If it is not, write to us with your payment reference and we will help.

7. Consultations and other services
If we offer paid consultations or other services, their cancellation terms will be shown on their own pages at the time of booking.
